Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Our number one priority is patient health and safety. Once a garment has been tried on, we are unable to resell it due to the risk of infection from open wounds, blood, and other bodily fluids.

For this reason, all sales are final. We take this policy seriously to protect every patient who receives one of our products.

However, we understand that sizing can be tricky — especially during post-surgery recovery when your body is changing. If you have a sizing issue, please contact us and we will offer you a discounted rate on the correct size. We want to make sure you have the right garment for your recovery.
